We’re hiring Baristas to join our Castlemore team in Markham.

Store Location:

- 9850 Markham Rd, Unit 4, Markham ON L6E0H7

Key Qualifications:

- Food & Beverage experience considered an asset
- Food Handler Certification is required
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Enjoys working independently and in a team setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized and excels under pressure in a fast-paced workplace
- Must be able to work flexible hours including morning, late nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service for all patrons;
- Prepare drinks, teas, and toppings;
- Routine cleaning, dish-washing, maintenance;
- Operate the Point of Sale and safely handle cash;
- Communicate and work effectively in a team environment;




- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following company standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Perform various cafe duties as required.
- Coordinate and provide flexible availability.

Operating Hours & Availability:

- Full time: 40 hours a week, weekends and holiday required
- Part time: 25 hours a week, weekends and holiday required
- Opening shifts can be starting as early as 9:00am. Closing shifts can be ending at 1am.
