From our brand-new, state-of-the-art dealership at 25 Ott Drive in Huntsville, we're looking for an experienced Financial Services Manager who is professional, customer-focused, and passionate about helping customers make informed decisions.

What You'll Do

- Present financing, leasing, warranty, protection products, and aftermarket programs in a professional, customer-focused manner.
- Arrange financing through our network of lending partners.
- Guide customers through financing options and product choices with honesty and transparency.
- Prepare all financing and regulatory documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure every transaction complies with OMVIC, lender, manufacturer, and dealership requirements.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to provide a seamless purchase experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and product providers.
- Meet performance objectives while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

- Previous automotive Financial Services (F&I;) experience is preferred.




- Someone with banking experience could easily gain the additional skills for this role.
- Valid OMVIC license.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Skilled, confident, and customer-focused.
- Ability to explain financial products clearly without pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
