Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and preparing sauces
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area




- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- operating industrial dishwasher, cleaning and closing duties of the back of house.

Skills:
- Experience in the hospitality or hotel industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a cooperative environment
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is a plus
