Our busy textile screen printing shop has an immediate opening for a screen print press operator. Ideally we are looking for someone who can be a long term fit as we are going to be expanding operations significantly the next 2-3 years. This is a perfect opening for someone who is looking to switch up career paths or has any interest in the industry. There is plenty of opportunity to move up within the company if the candidate is motivated to do so.
Primary duties include:
- Screen printing single and multi-colour designs on tee shirts
- Registering single and multi-colour designs in preparation for screen printing
- Receive and organize incoming garments
- Prep work for press operators such as laying out garments, mixing inks, exposing new screens, ETC.
As the successful applicant you must possess:
- Punctuality

- Excellent organizational skills
- The ability to multitask while remaining focused on the task at hand
- The ability to understand and participate in production flow
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds
This position is 40 hours per week Mondays through Thursdays with the addition of overtime available. Benefits are also available after 3 months of employment.
Starting compensation is $16.00 per hour with raises based on performance and work ethic.
