We are seeking a front desk receptionist to join our private clinic. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and play an essential role in ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. This position requires excellent customer service skills and strong organizational abilities. Hours range from 28-34 per week. Please note that the clinic does not deal with direct insurance billing. No weekends and Fridays are half days.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, check and respond to emails, and monitor voicemails.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Check patients in and direct them to the appropriate area.
- Process payments and handle front desk transactions.
- Book and coordinate referrals.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to patient inquiries.
- Perform general administrative and front desk duties.





Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of basic healthcare procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both patients and medical staff.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in sensitive situations.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
