Canadian Network Installations, CNI has been a national service partner to telecommunication Carriers across Canada for 20 years. We offer infrastructure support, solutions, and network build in both wired and wireless sectors across Canada. Currently, we are seeking an individual who possess the skill, attitude, and passion for customer service to fulfill a role as a Project Dispatcher.

The Project Dispatcher candidate should embrace CNI’s culture and commitment. They will collaborate with CNI's management team in order to provide support to CNI employees .

Responsibilities and qualifications:

- The dispatch and monitoring of Installation & Repair service orders from our clients to our technicians.
- Completion and submission of reports, documentation of work/job orders daily.
- Dispatching workload to technicians under either, Primary Dispatch tour and/or Relief Dispatch tour
- Communication with CNI’s clients & suppliers and support personnel in response to ad-hoc query or concerns upon work orders received and/or dispatched.
- Communication with CNI’s management upon the jeopardy status and alert conditions that warrant management intervention.




- Creating reports and performing analysis upon the proficiency, accuracy, and productivity of CNI technicians.
- Confirmation all quality and standards specifications are maintained.
- Adaptation to both individual deliverables and team responsibilities.
- Willingness to work days, evenings, nights and weekends.
- An understanding that shifts may be required to meet service demands for both days and evenings along with weekend work.
- 1-3 years relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with areas in Edmonton and Calgary is a must.
