We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. Duties

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history taking and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses across diverse patient populations.
- Manage pain control strategies and coordinate care for patients with dementia or requiring senior care.
- Provide patient education on health conditions, medication use, and lifestyle modifications.
- Assist with laboratory testing, review results, and incorporate findings into treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation.

Requirements





- Valid Nurse Practitioner license with current certification.
- Proven experience in nursing home, hospital, or home care settings; pediatrics or senior care experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and laboratory procedures.
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to diverse populations including children and elderly patients.
- Ability to perform clinical procedures like phlebotomy and manage dementia or acute care cases.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in case management, pain management, or laboratory work is desirable.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to healthcare standards and protocols.

Pay: $65.00-$70.00 per hour
