XMC is recruiting Brand Ambassadors and Team Leads in Lake Cowichan & Surrounding Areas to join our Summer 2026 team!!

We are looking for energetic and outgoing customer service rockstars to join our team! If you have enjoy attending activations & events, are known for your enthusiastic approach to customer engagement, and have ability to distribute samples quickly while confidently speaking to key brand messaging, this is the summer job for YOU!

Responsibilities and Requirements:

- Prior sampling or hospitality experience
- Represent the brand in a positive, skilled, and engaging manner
- Interact with the public to promote brand awareness and educate consumers
- Distribute promotional materials, product samples, or giveaways

Compensation: $22-25/hour
