Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services while also engaging in retail sales and upselling products to enhance the client experience.

Duties

- Perform haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services tailored to client preferences.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations to ensure a clean environment.
- Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Upsell hair care products and services to clients, enhancing their overall experience while contributing to sales goals.
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.




- Provide exceptional customer service, fostering lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications

- Valid barbering license or certification as required by state regulations.
- Proven experience in hair styling and grooming techniques.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, with an aptitude for upselling products.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
