We are a local Benjamin Moore retailer committed to providing premium products and exceptional customer service to our contractors and DIY clientele. With locations across the GTA, we have enjoyed serving our customers and communities for more than 15 years.

We are currently seeking motivated, customer-oriented individuals to join our team. We have full and part time positions available.

A day in the life at KLEINPAINT

· Establish relationships with customers and provide them with the best recommendations for their projects

· Work with your colleagues to deliver an exceptional experience for all customers who visit the store.

· Assist with general store operations, including inventory management, unloading deliveries, merchandising (window, sales floor & promotional displays)

· Participate in all daily store housekeeping responsibilities to help keep the store looking clean and professional

Competencies that will make you a excellent fit:

· Prior experience in customer-facing roles is essential. We pride ourselves on our great customer service, as individuals and as a team.

· Friendly, optimistic personality with great communication skills

· Team player, with a willingness to pitch in and help your colleagues (be collaborative,



not competitive)

· Outstanding sales skills, including the ability to identify customers’ needs, resolve their concerns, follow up as needed

· Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and strong attention to detail

· Willing and able to move/lift items that are least 50 lbs

· You need be able to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks in an often fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

· Experience in the paint, decorating & design industry preferred, but not required. If you’re eager to learn, you’ll pick up the technical knowledge quickly.

· Relevant business skills, social media acumen, leadership or management experience
