Responsibilities
- Greeting clients, answering client queries. Working primarily with seniors. Generating a cheerful and caring atmosphere to help create an excellent client experience.
- Appointment scheduling: In addition to scheduling clients who contact us, taking initiative to keep the schedule full and efficiently booked.
- Hearing aid servicing, cleaning and changing parts.
- Clerical:
computer entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, paperwork completion, and management, especially third-party.
- Shipping, receiving, and preparing orders for fittings. Cash float management and receiving payments.
- Daily light cleaning and tidying: maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office. Carry out disinfecting procedures.
We are looking for a mature individual looking for long term employment.
Must be outgoing, a true extrovert who can provide amazing customer service. Must be able to take direction and be self-motivated.
