Job Responsibilities:

- Ensuring appropriate turnaround time of all data entry.
- Reviewing and entering data information into the appropriate Microsoft software or database.
- Proactively verifying data through source documents, purchase orders and drawings, checking output.
- Working effectively with team members to retrieve necessary data for entry.
- Resolving discrepancies in information or obtaining additional information for incomplete documents.
- Assisting in preparation of work orders with the Customer-Production Coordinator.




- Ensure output meets quality standards.
- Perform any other duties, assignments, or special projects that may be assigned by the Customer Service Manager and/or Production Planning Supervisor.

The Customer Service department is looking for candidates with:

- 1+ year of experience in a similar role
- Post-Secondary Education, Business Administration preferred
- Ability to gather / analyze data.
- Solid attention to detail.
- Ability to read CAD / technical drawings.
- Experience with multi level bills of material, is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of employees.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes is an asset.
- Great attention to detail.
- Good English written & verbal communication skills.
- Great attendance is a critical requirement.
