Responsibilities

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
- Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing properties to potential buyers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms.
- Prepare property listings, including photographs and descriptions that highlight key features.
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends to provide clients with accurate information.
- Manage administrative tasks related to property transactions, including paperwork and documentation.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as appraisers, inspectors, and mortgage lenders.




- Utilize organizational skills to manage schedules, appointments, and client follow-ups effectively.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service; previous experience in real estate is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of property management practices and local real estate market trends.
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Proficient in administrative tasks related to real estate transactions.
- A valid real estate license is required.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
