Barber’s Cave is a busy, well-established barbershop in Woodbridge, ON and we’re looking for a skilled barber to join our team. Work full-time on commission or rent your own chair whichever fits you best.
The shop: Modern, fully-equipped space with a premium feel high-end lighting, custom stations, and a client lounge with a pool table. High-traffic location with steady walk-ins and an experienced, qualified team.
Ways to join:
- Full-time commission — 65% split, plus commission on retail sales
- Chair rental — $350/week, run your own book
What you’ll do:
- Deliver quality cuts, fades, and grooming services
- Build and retain a loyal client base through great service
- Keep your station clean and tools sanitized
- Recommend retail products to clients
What we’re looking for:
- Proven barbering experience
- Valid Ontario licence/certification (if applicable)
- Reliable, professional, and great with clients
- Self-motivated with the drive to grow a clientele
