· Wages to be determined based on experience and knowledge.

Assisting with Resident maintenance requests-must have experience in general plumbing, painting, drywall, changing of locks etc.

· Organizing Snow removal & Lawn Care

· Organization and cleaning of maintenance/utility areas/laundry room

· Assistance with general upkeep of all properties

· Completing of Maintenance checklist apartments as vacancies come up

· Show apartments to potential tenants and complete walkthroughs on vacates and other admin duties as required.

· Working with tenants to have access for contractors to fix maintenance issues

· Pick up supplies at local vendors as required

· Inspect building fire extinguishers to ensure they are fully charged

· Inspect building lighting to confirm all lights and fire exit lighting are in working order

Pay: $1.00 per month
