Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team for work in the Fraser Valley Including Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford and Chilliwack and occationally Vancouver

The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting disciplines, including residential, commercial, restoration, and industrial painting. This role requires a robust understanding of construction and restoration processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint and coatings, and ensuring high-quality finishes that meet and exceed project specifications.

Duties

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion
- Apply paint, stains, coatings, and finishes using hand tools and power tools with precision
- Operate rigging equipment and scaffolding safely for elevated or hard-to-reach areas
- Perform restoration work on damaged surfaces or structures to restore them to their original condition
- Use carpentry skills for minor repairs or adjustments needed before painting
- Manage time effectively to complete projects within designated schedules
- Excellent english communications skills.



Able to communicate with clients and team members to ensure project specifications are met and expectations are exceeded
- Maintain a clean work environment by properly disposing of waste materials and cleaning tools after use
- Must have reliable transportation

Experience

- Minimum of 5 years proven executive level painting experience in custom home residential painting.
- Proficient with hand tools, spray equipment, power tools, scaffolding, and caulking techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent English and the ability to effectively communicate with trades, clients and team members
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites and painting environments
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
