Job Title: Delivery Team Manager

What this role is about You'd be running our Delivery Department day-to-day, managing a team of Leads and Drivers, making sure orders get out accurately and on time, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. It's a mix of people management, logistics, and cross-team communication. If you're someone who likes having ownership over something and can stay calm when things get messy, this might be a good fit.

What you'd be doing

- Leading and supporting Delivery Team Leads and Drivers, hiring, onboarding, coaching, the whole thing
- Making sure wholesale, retail, and special-order deliveries go out correctly and on schedule
- Building schedules, managing coverage, and having a backup plan when things don't go as planned
- Being the go-to person when something goes sideways, route issues, customer concerns, last-minute changes
- Keeping an eye on inventory, product shortages, and day-old redistribution
- Staying in close contact with Production, Retail, and Wholesale so everyone's on the same page
- Tracking how the department is doing and flagging anything that needs attention
- Looking for ways to make things work better, we're always open to that

What we're looking for

- Open availability including both weekend days,



early starts (1–2am) are part of the deal
- Class G license and a clean driving record
- Some experience managing a team or working in logistics would be excellent, but we're open to the right person

- This is a hands-on role, you won't just be managing from a distance
- You'd be joining a team that genuinely cares about the work and each other

Required Skills and Qualifications

- A valid Ontario G Full license
- A clean Driver's Abstract
- Previous delivery driving experience (at least 1 year)
- Familiarity with the streets of downtown Toronto
- Available to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs
- Ability to multitask
- Early morning availability (2am)
- Positive attitude

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
