Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team in. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, mechanical knowledge, and experience working with various hand and power tools. This role involves fabricating, repairing, and maintaining metal components, primarily within the automotive or dealership environment. Candidates should be capable of heavy lifting and possess a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities

- Fabricate and assemble metal parts according to specifications using hand tools and power tools
- Perform repairs and modifications on automotive or dealership equipment and components
- Conduct measurements, cutting, welding, and finishing of metal materials
- Assist with heavy lifting and moving of large metal parts or assemblies
- Maintain a clean and secure work environment by adhering to safety protocols




- Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to metal components or automotive systems
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately

Skills

- Dealership experience is highly desirable, providing familiarity with automotive standards and repair processes
- Mechanical knowledge related to automotive systems and repair techniques
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, hammers, chisels, etc.
- Experience operating power tools including grinders, drills, welders, and cutting equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds or more) as required by the job
- Strong understanding of automotive repair procedures and mechanical systems
- Prior mechanic experience is a plus, demonstrating hands-on technical skills
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality workmanship

Pay: $21.00-$40.50 per hour
