Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting freight and equipment to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the highest safety standards. This role requires a qualified with strong driving skills, knowledge of heavy equipment, and the ability to operate various vehicles and machinery. The Driver will play a crucial role in supporting our logistics operations and maintaining excellent service quality.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate commercial vehicles, including trucks and vans, to transport freight and equipment to designated locations.
- Load and unload freight using appropriate tools and equipment, such as forklifts or hand trucks.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with transportation regulations.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch regarding delivery schedules.
- Assist with the operation of heavy equipment when necessary, including forklifts or other machinery.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols,



and company policies during transportation activities.
- Support warehouse operations by organizing freight and ensuring proper storage procedures are followed.

Skills

- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Experience operating forklifts, heavy equipment, or other industrial machinery is preferred.
- Knowledge of freight handling, loading/unloading procedures, and safety standards.
- Basic automotive repair skills are a plus for troubleshooting minor vehicle issues.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and dispatchers.

Pay: $19.25-$29.28 per hour
