Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Room Technician to assist with the upkeep of our property. This temporary, part-time position is responsible for performing preventative maintenance and completing minor repairs to ensure our facility and guest rooms remain in excellent condition.

Responsibilities

- Complete minor guest room repairs, including painting, patching walls, and touch-ups.
- Repair furniture and fixtures as needed.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Assist with seasonal maintenance and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Previous maintenance or general handyman experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of painting and general building maintenance.




- Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $18.00 per hour
