Assistant Manager – ADALYA (Vape Industry Whole Sale/Distribution)

Location: GTA (Please DO NOT apply if you live outside of the Greater Toronto Area)

Salary: Competitive base ($65,000 to $75,000 annually) + BONUSES

IMPORTANT Note: candidates MUST have a full 'G' driver's licence and their own vehicle, if you do not have a driver's licence and vehicle you will not move forward to an interview.

Work Type: Full-time, In-Person (Warehouse/Distribution focused — not a storefront retail position)

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Assistant Manager to help run core operations for our growing vape wholesale and distribution company. This role requires substantial business experience and leadership capability, as you will support the overall management of the company, from daily operations and team leadership to driving B2B sales and strategic growth.

We value proven management experience in the vaping/wholesale industry most highly, but will also strongly consider strong candidates with relevant experience in similar fast-paced, regulated, or distribution-focused businesses (e.g., other consumer goods, retail operations, or wholesale environments).

Key Responsibilities





- Assist in overseeing daily warehouse/distribution operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, supervise, train, and develop the B2B sales team.
- Manage inventory control, merchandising, product placement, and sales strategies.
- Handle customer service, B2B relationship management, and issue resolution.
- Oversee POS transactions, cash handling, bookkeeping, and compliance.
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Perform administrative duties including scheduling, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Uphold high standards for safety, organization, and company policies.

Qualifications

- 21 years of age or older (industry regulations).
- Significant business and management experience (ideally 5–10+ years) with a proven ability to help run operations.
- Strong background in sales management, team leadership, inventory, and operations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and inventory tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace while managing multiple priorities.
