Title: Multi-disciplined welding/NDT Inspector

Qualifications

- Minimum experience: 1–2 years
- Must hold certification in at least a combination of the following:
- CGSB UT / MT / PT Level 2
- CGSB / PCN PAUT Level 2 (considered a solid asset)
- CWB Welding Inspector Level 2 or 3
- NACE Coating Inspector Level 2 or 3
- Preferred: Combination of CGSB UT, MT, and CWB Level 2

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

- Perform field NDT inspections in accordance with specifications and internal procedures
- Set up and calibrate NDT equipment
- Conduct testing to identify defects or verify quality
- Apply appropriate inspection techniques and evaluate results against applicable standards
- Complete and maintain accurate reports and documentation
- Use measuring tools and inspection instruments effectively
- Ensure full understanding and compliance with applicable codes and standards (CWB, ASME, CSAW59, Z662, etc.)
- Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations

Required Skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills




- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Proficient in report writing and general computer use (Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Ability to interpret drawings, blueprints, and client specifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

Schedule

- Flexible schedule (morning and afternoon shifts)
- On-call availability required

Job Types: Full-time, Part time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Casual

Pay: $45.25-$60.78 per hour
