Medical Aesthetic Consultant / Receptionist

About the Position

ID Cosmetic Clinic is seeking a professional, organized, and client-focused Medical Aesthetic Consultant / Receptionist to join our team.

The ideal candidate has previous experience in the medical aesthetics industry, understands common aesthetic treatments, and is confident communicating with clients in fluent English.

This position combines front-desk responsibilities, client consultation, appointment coordination, lead follow-up, and treatment-related sales. The successful candidate should be able to build trust with clients, understand their concerns, and provide clear, professional information about the clinic’s services.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome clients and provide a professional and friendly front-desk experience
- Answer phone calls, emails, text messages, social media inquiries, and online leads
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments
- Conduct initial consultations and understand clients’ aesthetic concerns, goals, and treatment interests
- Explain the clinic’s consultation process, available treatments, pricing, and appointment options
- Recommend appropriate consultations or services based on the client’s needs
- Follow up with prospective clients, existing clients, missed appointments, and incomplete bookings
- Convert qualified inquiries and consultations into scheduled appointments
- Maintain accurate client records, consultation notes, appointment details, and follow-up information
- Process payments, issue receipts, and assist with general front-desk administration
- Coordinate daily schedules with physicians,



nurses, technicians, and other clinic staff
- Assist with client retention, treatment plan follow-ups, and rebooking
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and consultation area
- Support other administrative and client service duties as required

Qualifications

- Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in a medical aesthetics clinic, cosmetic surgery clinic, dermatology clinic, or medical spa is required
- Good knowledge of common medical aesthetic treatments and services
- Familiarity with treatments such as injectables, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, skin tightening, body contouring, and other non-surgical aesthetic procedures
- Strong consultation, customer service, sales, and client follow-up skills
- Comfortable discussing treatments, pricing, promotions, and payment options with clients
- Able to identify client needs and communicate treatment information clearly and professionally
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Professional, reliable, friendly, and team-oriented
- Strong understanding of client confidentiality and qualified conduct
- Experience using clinic booking systems, CRM platforms, or client management software is preferred




- Previous experience working with Zenoti, HubSpot, or similar platforms is an asset
