Responsibilities
- Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Deliver rapid, consistent, high-quality service
- Engage with guests and provide menu knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and bar organization
- Support inventory and stock control
- Collaborate on cocktail development and specials
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience required
- Strong knowledge of cocktails and spirits
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Serving It Right certification (BC)
