ADDICTION TREATMENT CENTER is seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman/Woman to join our team, responsible for yard and building maintenance and repairs as needed. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of trade skills, including landscaping, painting, electrical, with adequate experience . This role requires you to work independently and take honest account of your time and hours.. The Handyman/Woman will play a role in supporting the safety, functionality, and efficiency of our facility through proactive maintenance and timely repairs.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on facility.
- Troubleshoot and repair home systems, and plumbing issues as needed.
- Change lightbulbs, paint, and wall repairs,
- Organize garage and shed, and clean patio, etc.
- Maintain yard, including cutting grass, weed removal , window washing, etc.
- Assist in facilities upgrades or modifications to improve operational efficiency.
- Other general maintenance.
Requirements:
- Due to facility being a facility for individuals individuals recovering from addicotions. Candidates must be clean of addictive substances and willing to have drug tests.
- Experience with home maitenace and ability to perform duties.
Hours:
- Hours are Versatile
- Approximately 4-12 hours per week, dependent on property needs, and your candidates availability.
