Overview
We are seeking Store Manager to lead our grocery store operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess solid leadership skills, extensive industry knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple facets of wholesale sales and team management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee key functions such as sales strategy, customer relations, inventory management, and team development within a fast-paced retail environment. The Wholesale Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence while ensuring operational excellence.

Duties

- Develop and implement effective wholesale sales strategies to meet company targets and expand market share.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, suppliers, and partners to maximize profitability.
- Manage and oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of sales staff and team members.
- Oversee purchasing, inventory control, and merchandising to ensure product availability and optimal presentation.
- Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, inventory tracking, and reporting purposes.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives to promote wholesale products and enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering strong relationships.
- Handle payroll processing, budgeting, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks related to wholesale operations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Lead store management activities including pricing strategies,



sales management, and store operations oversight.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Manage time effectively across multiple projects ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

Skills

- Proven experience in retail sales, store management, or wholesale leadership roles with supervising experience.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills—bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in merchandising, POS systems, purchasing, pricing strategies, and cash handling procedures.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience in team management, training & development, and supervising staff.
- Sound knowledge of marketing principles along with administrative experience including bookkeeping and budgeting.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
- Analytical mindset with math skills necessary for pricing calculations and financial analysis.

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
