- Full-cycle recruitment for sales and revenue-generating roles
- Proactive sourcing of top-performing, mostly passive candidates
- Tight partnership with revenue leadership on hiring targets
- Managing recruiting like a funnel: outreach interviews offers closes
- Delivering high-quality hires at startup speed
You Bring
- 6+ years recruiting sales talent in high-growth environments
- Strong direct sourcing and headhunting track record
- A closer mindset — you’re comfortable selling prospect and handling objections
- Deep GTA network preferred
- Results-driven, competitive, and highly accountable

The expected compensation for this role is between $30-50 CAD/hour.
