Responsibilities

- Utilize ERP systems such as SAP to monitor inventory levels, production schedules, and material requirements planning (MRP).
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to identify waste reduction opportunities and streamline workflows.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, conduct regular safety audits, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to manage raw materials, track shipments, and optimize inventory levels.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to foster a motivated and skilled workforce.
Experience
- Proven experience in manufacturing supervision or team leadership within a production environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or other enterprise resource planning platforms.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies like Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma.
- Understanding of supply chain management principles including MRP systems.
- Experience in quality control processes and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
