Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive driving lessons tailored to each learner’s skill level and learning style
- Explain traffic laws, road signs, vehicle controls, and safety protocols clearly and effectively
- Assess learners’ driving abilities through practical tests and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Maintain detailed records of each lesson, progress reports, and learner evaluations
- Ensure all lessons are conducted in accordance with local regulations and safety standards
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages questions, confidence-building, and skill mastery
- Stay updated on traffic law changes, best teaching practices, and industry standards to enhance instructional quality
Experience
- Must have Driving Instructor License
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably in driver education or related fields
- Robust communication skills to clearly convey instructions and build rapport with learners of diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of traffic laws, vehicle operation, and safety procedures relevant to the region
- Ability to assess individual learner needs and tailor lessons accordingly
