As part of the Jericho Road staff, House Supervisors are responsible for supervising the residents and maintaining house and program routines. D2/Continuing Care House Supervisors will work under the supervision of the Continuing Care Coordinator.

Key Specific Responsibilities:

- Point of contact for residents’ questions, permissions, appointments, and distribution of medications
- Daily contact with each resident, keeping them accountable to house rules and routines
- Give support in conflict resolution and respond to emergencies
- Help facilitate daily classes and activities
- Oversee house and seasonal maintenance, identifying any major or minor repairs to be done in the house/property
- Ensure compliance of safety standards in the houses




- Assist residents with transitioning to different phases of programming
- Help pick up/drop off donations as needed

Job Requirements:

- 2-5 years’ experience working with individuals with addiction and mental health issues.
- In-depth knowledge and experience of AA/NA 12 step recovery program.
- Valid ON driver’s license.
- Strong organization and administrative capabilities
- Ability to lift and move 35lbs occasionally
- Alignment with the organization’s mission and values
- Working knowledge of MS Office 365

Pay: From $17.95 per hour
