The Marketing Customer Data Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of customer information, managing mailing lists, and assisting with customer communications and promotional campaigns. Accurate and up-to-date customer information supports marketing, sales, and service operations across the organization. This role will help ensure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and support excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer accounts and contact information within the company database.
- Contact customers to verify and update account information.
- Ensure customer records are accurate, organized, and up to date.
- Maintain and review database reports to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare and maintain mailing lists for marketing promotions and campaigns.
- Assist with customer communications and the distribution of promotional materials.
- Coordinate, build and respond to requests for customer information updates.
- Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events, conferences, tradeshows.
- Provide administrative support to Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams.
- Support reception and general office administration on an occasional basis.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 year experience an administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to use basic Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- ERP and reporting systems (Tableau, CRM), an asset
- Ability to accurately enter and maintain data records.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail, good organizational and time management skills.
- Customer-focused with a collaborative team-oriented approach.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bilingual (French and English*), spoken and written. (*) This qualification is required as you will be interacting with partners, vendors, internal/external clients and/or staff across Canada on a regular basis.
