Robbins Parking is pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a full-time Parking Ambassadors to join our Patrol team in Victoria, BC.
As a Parking Ambassador, you are responsible for enforcing parking regulations within assigned areas to ensure public compliance, as determined by the property owner. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills.
Primary Responsibilities
Daily duties include, but are not limited to:
- Driving to various assigned parking lots to enforce posted parking regulations using leading-edge ticketing software.
- Maintaining consistent communication with office staff via email and cell phone regarding items requiring attention, including but not limited to:
- Potholes
- Signage defects
- Suspicious or abandoned vehicles.
- Coordinating with your direct Manager regarding vehicles that may require towing or immobilization.
- Acting as a friendly and professional point of contact for customers by answering questions related to:
- Parking regulations and facilities
- Locations of streets, buildings, and local points of interest
Required Qualifications
- Must have a Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Experience de-escalating and resolving customer concerns effectively.
- Detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Ability to work independently.
- Comfortable using technology and learning current software quickly.
Physical and Work Requirements
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong knowledge of Victoria and surrounding areas
