Overview:

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards and production schedules.

NOTE: A valid Driver's License and a vehicle is a MUST HAVE for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the daily activities of production employees.
- Train and mentor employees on safety procedures, equipment operation, quality standards, and company policies.
- Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with other departments to improve productivity and resolve operational issues.
- Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control,



and material handling activities.
- Enforce workplace safety procedures, conduct hazard assessments, and participate in incident investigations.
- Operate and oversee the safe use of forklifts, overhead cranes, hand tools, power tools, and production equipment as required.
- Maintain accurate production records and support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices.
- Promote a secure, organized, and positive work environment while leading and supporting production teams.

Pay: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
