- Implement standard operating procedures across manufacturing, maintenance, and quality operations within the first 6 months, fully aligned with company-wide processes.
- Establish a production schedule that ensures on-time delivery 95% within 12 months.
- Achieve 80% labour efficiency.
- Increase production capacity by 50% within 12 months to support company growth targets, while maintaining KPI targets.
- Establish a culture of safety and regulatory compliance with zero recordable or lost time incidents.
- Achieve 98% first-pass quality within 12 months.
