What You’ll Do:

- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Conduct test drives and showcase vehicle features to ensure customer confidence.
- Negotiate sales agreements and finalize transactions while maintaining an excellent customer experience.
- Stay up to date with the latest automotive trends, models, and industry insights.
- Work closely with the sales management team to develop sales strategies and meet dealership goals.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Participate in dealership events and promotions to attract new buyers.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in outside sales or within a dealership setting.
- Automotive sales experience is a must.




- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Bilingual proficiency in Punjabi, Hindi, Tagalog, Mandarin, or Cantonese is a plus!
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
- Strong math skills to assist with transactions and financing options.
- The ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
- A genuine passion for automobiles and staying up to date on industry trends.
