Allied PFF Canada is looking for an energetic, positive individual to assist our warehouse shipping team within our machine shop. This position is a full-time, Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM. This is an entry-level position within our warehouse with room for advancement. The successful candidate must be willing to learn in a rapid-paced environment. Allied is a worldwide leader in the manufacturing and distribution of critical application fittings, flanges, valves, pipe, and related products.

Duties:

- Preparing shipping documents
- Preparing Customer paperwork
- Coordinating trucking and compiling BOL's
- Coordinating trucking
- Maintain and update internal open order dashboard
- Paperwork retrieval from internal database
- Ensure orders are processed correctly in a timely manner
- Work closely with Operations staff and customers to expedite and track orders
- Handle paperwork needs. EI filing, scanning, etc.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Post-secondary of any type is an asset
- Flanges and fittings knowledge is an asset
- Warehouse shipping and receiving experience is an asset
- Experience using Microsoft Office is beneficial (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Starting wage based on experience.

Hours: M-F, 9AM-6PM
