YOU are able to take a healthcare project and complete the detailed design of HVAC & plumbing.

Education: Mechanical Engineering Degree or Diploma

Responsibilities:

- Design of mechanical HVAC and plumbing for healthcare
- Perform accurate detailed site surveys
- Perform site inspections and accurate field reviews
- Mentor junior and intermediate staff members.
- Ensuring skilled quality services in all facets of work
- Preparing reports, proposals and manage technical drawings
- Analysis of complex engineering issues and problems

Requirements:

- 4+ years experience in HVAC, Plumbing systems (healthcare)
- Ability to prepare drawings using REVIT and AutoCAD
- Excellent knowledge of the BC Building code, plumbing code, ASHRAE, NEC,



and all other applicable codes needed to complete the design (ASPE, ASHRAE, etc.)
- Ability to read architectural, structural, electrical drawings
- Excellent organizational skills, positive attitude
- Knowledge of Energy Management and associated software is an asset
- Experience leading and directing other technical staff members
- Experience in site investigations and construction review
- Analytical, thorough, resourceful and detail-oriented
