THE ROLE (Apply Online)

We're hiring experienced remote appointment setters to call warm leads (people who positively replied to our outbound), qualify them against our checklist, and book them into our closers' calendars — following our proven script and SOP. You are the gatekeeper: only qualified, ready-to-talk prospects get through.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Make 100+ outbound dials per day to warm/positive-reply leads
- Follow our proven warm-call script and qualification checklist
- Book qualified prospects into the sales team's calendar
- Respond fast to positive email replies (we'll train our system)
- Log your metrics and submit a short End-of-Day report every day
- Hit your KPIs: dials, conversations, and qualified bookings

HOURS (READ CAREFULLY)

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Eastern Time.
You MUST be able to work these US Eastern hours consistently.

PAY

- Commission-only: 50 CAD per qualified appointment that SHOWS UP to the sales call.
- Uncapped — the more qualified appointments that show,



the more you earn.
- Paid weekly, every Wednesday.
- Realistic on-target earnings: ~3,000–5,000/month CAD. Top setters earn closer to 6,000+/month CAD.
(Performance-based estimate. Your earnings depend on your output and show rate.)

WHAT YOU NEED (REQUIREMENTS)
----------------------------------------

- Prior appointment-setting or outbound phone-sales experience (REQUIRED — this is not an entry-level role)
- Comfortable with CRMs and dialers — GoHighLevel experience is a strong plus
- Transparent, neutral, confident spoken English (you'll be on the phone with US business owners all day)
- Your own reliable laptop, a good headset/microphone, and a quiet place to work
- Stable internet AND a backup plan for power/internet outages (e.g., load-shedding)
- Coachable, consistent, and driven by hitting targets
- Able to work full-time US Eastern hours (see "Hours" above)

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience selling to agencies or other B2B services
- Familiarity with cold call or email tools (e.g., GoHighLevel) and warm follow-up sequences

- Consistently booking 2–4 qualified appointments per day that show up
- Hitting your dial and conversation targets
- Clean daily admin: tracker updated + EOD report submitted, every day
