We require a 2nd or 3rd year 313A Mechanic Apprentice.

Our Company Installs and Services Commercial Refrigeration Equipment.

- Assemble and install refrigeration.
- Measure, cut and connect piping using welding and brazing equipment
- Start up system and test for leaks using testing devices.
- Install, troubleshoot, repair and overhaul entire refrigeration systems.
- Recharge system with refrigerant
- Handle, recover and store refrigerants.

Summary

As a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Apprentice, you will be integral to maintaining and repairing Refrigeration systems in a commercial setting. Reporting to a certified technician, your role will involve applying your mechanical knowledge and hands-on mechanic experience to ensure optimal system performance. You will develop core skills in HVACR maintenance while also gaining exposure to premium . Your relevant skills in appliance repair and schematics will further enhance your ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

Qualifications

- Strong mechanical knowledge and some experience in Refrigeration systems is preferred
- Proficiency in maintenance and repair of refrigeration units
- Familiarity with plumbing and welding techniques
- Basic understanding of refrigeration systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics related to HVACR systems
- Valid Ontario driver's license required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
