We are not looking for someone who already knows how to clean.
We are looking for someone who cares.
Someone who likes to look back at a room and say:
“I did that.”
Cleaning homes is hard work. And we mean hard physical work. .The first few weeks your body will be sore. It's like working out at the gym 6-7 hours a day. Just like the gym, you see the resutls after pushing through the hard days.
You will:
- Be on your feet most of the day. The only time you sit is when driving to the next house
- Bend, lift and climb stairs
- Scrub kitchens and bathrooms
- Work around pets (you gotta love and not be allergic to animals to work here)
- Drive to different homes (you cannot be afraid to drive in the rain or snow)
- Clean two homes most days (TOP PERFOMERS CLEAN 3)
You may feel tired at the end of the day.
But you will also see what you did.
- A busy mom can spend time with her kids and stop feeling like she is failing to take care of her family and her home.
- An older person is secretly enjoying seeing you and no longer feels bad that they cannot physcially clean their own house anymore.
A family can walk into a clean space.
Your work matters.
You do not need cleaning experience.
We will teach you how to clean our way.. Our way has won us awards; 2024, 2025, & 2026!
You do need to:
- Show up every day and on time.
- Have a valid driver’s licence
- Have a reliable car
- Work Monday to Friday
- Be available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Be kind
- Be open to learning
- Care and time pirde about doing the job well
What we offer:
- $20 per hour to start
- Earn $24 to $25 per hour as your weekly hours grow
- Paid training
