Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Hot Counter Prep Cook to join our dynamic food service team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality meals efficiently and maintaining excellent food safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities

- Prepare hot counter items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients
- Cook and reheat menu items with attention to presentation and taste
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep station and kitchen area
- Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures at all times
- Serve food efficiently to ensure timely delivery to customers or servers
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations,



including proper sanitation practices

Qualifications

- Prior food service experience, especially in a restaurant or kitchen setting, is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Experience with food handling and safety standards in the food industry
- Strong understanding of serving procedures and customer service principles
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
