Visa For Me Immigration Inc. is a Canadian immigration consulting firm based in Surrey, British Columbia. We provide professional immigration services to individuals, families, and employers across Canada and around the world. Our practice focuses on temporary and permanent residence applications, Study permits, work permits, visitor visas, and family sponsorships, TRP, Caregiver program etc.

We are seeking an Experienced Immigration Consultant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will independently prepare, manage and submit complex immigration files while overseeing the day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, review and submit Permanent Residence applications, including Express Entry, Non-Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP), and Family Sponsorship.
- Prepare, review and submit Provincial nominee Program applications
- Manage work permit applications, including LMIA-Based Work Permits, LMIA-Exempt Work Permits, Bridging Open Work Permits, Spousal Open Work Permits, Post-Graduation Work Permits, and Vulnerable Open Work Permits.
- Prepare and submit Visitor Visas, Super Visas, Visitor Records, Restoration Applications, Study Permits, and Study Permit Extensions.
- Conduct client intake and eligibility assessments
- Draft submission letters, procedural fairness responses, reconsideration requests, and supporting documentation.
- Respond to procedural fairness letters, requests for additional documents,



and application refusals.
- Monitor application deadlines, processing times, and file progress.
- Maintain confidential electronic and physical client records.
- Manage files through IRCC and Permanent Residence Portals.

Required Qualifications:

- Active RCIC licence in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants.
- Three to four years of hands-on Canadian immigration experience.
- Strong experience with permanent residency and temporary residency applications
- Experience independently managing a high-volume immigration caseload.
- Excellent written English with the ability to prepare persuasive legal submissions.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Punjabi and/or Hindi are considered assets).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, immigration case management software, and electronic record-keeping systems.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
- Available to work full time, in person, at our Surrey office.
- Experience with PR pathways (Express Entry, PNP) or family class

Compensation

- Hourly wage: $24.00–$28.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
