Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled freelance seamstress to work with us on a per-project basis. Projects will be provided with initial dimensions, detailed specifications, and fabric selections. You will then provide a custom quote for each job.

Responsibilities:

- Execute luxe-quality sewing for custom draperies, roman shades, and other soft furnishings.
- Review provided measurements, design details, and fabric specifications to produce accurate quotes.
- Cut, sew, and finish draperies to the highest professional standards.
- Collaborate with Genny Miller Design to ensure design intent and quality control are met.
- Package finished products for delivery or installation.

Requirements:





- Proven experience producing luxury-quality draperies and soft furnishings.
- Own cutting table and a fully equipped sewing setup.
- Solid attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship.
- Ability to work from provided measurements and specifications.
- Reliable communication and adherence to agreed deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a professional drapery workroom.
- Familiarity with ripple fold, pleated styles, and custom finishing techniques.

Compensation:

- Per-project, based on your custom quotes.
