Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed 309A Electrician with industrial experience to join our team. This role is best suited for someone who is confident working independently, takes pride in their work, and communicates professionally with both customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial electrical systems (up to 600V)
- Work with motors, VFDs, transformers, panels, and switchgear
- Perform conduit and cable installations (EMT, TECK, cable tray, etc.)
- Support equipment installations, plant relocations, and system upgrades
- Carry out preventative maintenance and inspections
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
- Maintain accurate job reports, time tracking, and documentation
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal team members




- Ensure all work complies with the Ontario Electrical Code and site safety requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

- Valid 309A Electrician License (Construction & Maintenance)
- Minimum 3+ years of industrial electrical experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Professional and respectful communication on-site
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Participate in on-call rotation and overtime as required
