Willow Flooring is committed to providing exceptional flooring solutions and outstanding customer service. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Flooring Sales Representative to help customers navigate their flooring options.

Position Summary

This role combines front desk reception with product knowledge and customer service. You will greet customers, answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist homeowners in selecting flooring products that suit their style, needs, and budget. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has an eye for design, and is eager to learn about flooring products.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers to the showroom and create a positive first impression.
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.
- Schedule in-home estimates and showroom consultations.
- Assist customers in selecting flooring products by explaining features, advantages, and pricing.
- Maintain product displays, sample boards,



and showroom organization.
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and customer orders.
- Follow up with leads, customer inquiries, and project updates.
- Coordinate with the sales and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Process payments and maintain accurate customer records.
- Perform general administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service, retail, reception, or sales.
- Experience in flooring, home renovation, interior design, or building materials is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
