Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales: Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide expert recommendations on wheels, tires, and vehicle accessories.
- Order Management: Efficiently order products to maintain optimal inventory levels and meet customer demands.
- Schedule Coordination: Assist in scheduling installations and service appointments to ensure smooth operations.
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and informed.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Tech Savvy: Utilize Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems to manage orders and schedules.
Experience:
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the automotive industry. Car sales experience is a strong asset.
- Customer-Focused: Strong customer service skills with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
