We are a privately owned HVAC/R manufacturer’s representative and wholesale distributor based in Brampton, Ontario. With decades of industry experience, we are committed to providing quality products, technical support, and reliable service to our customers.

We are currently looking for a Counter and Wholesale Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers in a busy, fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities include:

Responding to customer inquiries by phone and email in a timely and professional manner

Preparing sales quotations and processing orders for both new and existing customers

Picking, organizing, and preparing customer orders

Reviewing and preparing shop drawing submissions when required

Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, sheet metal specifications, and project documents when needed

Assisting customers at the counter and supporting daily wholesale operations

Qualifications:





Minimum 2 years of previous HVAC/R sales or wholesale experience

Ability to read and understand specifications, blueprints, and tender documents is considered an asset

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Strong customer service and communication skills

Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities

Sales-focused with strong follow-up and closing skills

College education or equivalent professional experience preferred

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working in a time-sensitive setting. They should have a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
