Join us as a Shorex Pier Staff or as a Tour Support

SHOREX PIER STAFF

What you will be doing:

- Prepare for the arrival of the Cruise passengers
- Ensure all coaches are ready, lined up and in the correct place
- Using the dispatch sheet place the signage on the coaches
- Brief drivers and Tour Support and ensure they are adequately prepared
- Ensure that Walking Tour Guides have the necessary signage and located in the assigned area
- Prepare and have ready the vouchers and additional forms that drivers need when departing
- Provide the drivers with a head count




- Help load buses, count tickets and ensure a smooth and effective dispatch

- Collect all signage from the Pier

- Prepare for when the buses return to the Pier
- Advise the Ship when all passengers have returned

TOUR SUPPORT

What you will be doing:

- Welcome guest to Victoria as they disembark and guide them to the correct area
- Assist with boarding of buses

- Collect and count tickets to ensure they match number of guest
- Provide guidance to assigned group of guest
- Work with local Tourism suppliers and other staff
