Maple Leaf Flooring (2026) Ltd. is a flooring company serving customers in Calgary and surrounding areas. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Flooring Sales Representative to join our team.

Job Description

As a Flooring Sales Representative, you will help customers choose the right flooring products for their homes and businesses. The ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience selling flooring products such as vinyl flooring, carpet, laminate, hardwood, and related flooring materials.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in selecting flooring products that meet their needs and budget
- Provide product information and recommendations on flooring materials
- Prepare quotes and estimates for customers
- Follow up with customers and maintain strong customer relationships
- Handle sales inquiries in person, by phone, and by email
- Work with suppliers and installers when needed to coordinate customer orders
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records
- Meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service




- Stay up to date on flooring products, trends, and installation options

Qualifications

- Previous experience in flooring sales or the flooring industry is preferred
- Knowledge of vinyl, carpet, laminate, hardwood, and other flooring products
- Robust communication and customer service skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Experience preparing quotes and calculating measurements is an asset
- Sales experience is an asset
- Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be comfortable working with customers and handling multiple inquiries
