Job Summary: Seeking an energetic, target-driven outside Sales Representative to generate leads and close sales for residential and commercial window well and egress installations. Will work directly with homeowners, builders, contractors and property managers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect and follow up on inbound leads, builder/ contractor referrals, and company-provided appointments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, general contractors, property managers, and homeowners.
- Conduct on-site consultations, measurements and present product options and pricing for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet monthly / quarterly targets.
- Coordinate with production,



estimating and installation teams to ensure project timelines and quality.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and post-sale follow-up.
- Represent the company professionally on job sites and at industry events.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years outside sales experience, preferably in construction, commercial/residential contractor sales, or home improvement.
- Experience working with builders, contractors , and property managers strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales goals; strong presentation and closing skills.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation; willingness to travel within territory.
- Ability to read basic plans, take measurement, and lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
- Comfortable using mobile apps/CRM. High school diploma or equivalent; technical / construction background a plus.
